Silver Engineering Works was founded in Denver in 1933. What started as a metal shop grew into a dual operation: a job-shop fabrication business and a proprietary equipment manufacturer whose machines still run in sugar factories on six continents.
Silver’s side-dump Beet Piler was patented, an early example of the continuous-process thinking that still defines the equipment line.
